Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court level and the type of item needed to route a Marion County request:
- A docket sheet: use WVPASS for a public circuit record or MCRSearch for magistrate case information, then request the needed paper from the correct clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
